This unique process provides a "business health check" through a strategic and operational audit. The audit offers a structured approach for revealing the situation of the business in both its wider business
environment and internal operations - identifying the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats it faces.

Additionally, we can test your vision for the organization against the identified strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats and determine whether re-alignment is necessary.

We prepare a detailed diagnostic report for your review. The report offers a range of solutions for each identified weakness. It suggests action steps necessary to treat them and a project plan. The project plan includes management tools for incorporating timelines for the implementation of the action steps, assigning responsibility for each action, and monitoring implementation.
